kr999 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights, Our Obligations

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between kr999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers with, or uses the kr999 online gaming platform available at kr999.games and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces.

By completing kr999 account registration, making a deposit, accessing any game, or otherwise using any feature of the kr999 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using kr999 and close your account if one exists.

These Terms should be read alongside the kr999 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall legal framework governing your use of kr999. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other kr999 policy document, these Terms shall take precedence unless a specific provision states otherwise.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To create and maintain a kr999 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an active kr999 account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. kr999 is strictly an 18+ platform and access by minors is absolutely prohibited.
• You must be a real individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and accounts operated on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistan CNIC or equivalent identity document number, registered mobile number, and a valid email address.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order, either from kr999 or from any other gaming platform, at the time of registration or any subsequent deposit.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

kr999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, address, and payment method ownership at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by kr999 support will result in account restrictions until verification is complete.

Registration of a kr999 account using false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles kr999 to permanently close the account and withhold any balance pending a full investigation.

3. Account Management

Each Pakistan player is permitted to hold a maximum of one kr999 account. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or as a result of a registration error — constitutes a breach of these Terms. kr999 will consolidate or close duplicate accounts at its discretion, and may withhold any bonus funds credited to duplicate accounts pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for the security of your kr999 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. kr999 will treat any action taken by a person using your credentials as having been authorised by you unless you have promptly notified kr999 of a security breach prior to the action in question.

Pakistan players must notify kr999 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to their account, any loss or theft of login credentials, or any suspicious activity on their account balance or transaction history. kr999 will investigate all reports of unauthorised access with urgency but cannot guarantee recovery of funds lost before the breach was reported.

kr999 accounts that remain inactive — meaning no login, deposit, bet, or withdrawal has been recorded — for a continuous period of twelve (12) months are classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of up to 500 PKR per month deducted from the remaining balance, until either the account is reactivated by the player or the balance reaches zero. Pakistan players will be notified by email and SMS before dormancy fees commence.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the kr999 platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupee (PKR). kr999 supports deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL Online Banking, MCB Internet Banking, UBL, Bank Alfalah, Meezan Bank, and Raast instant payment transfers. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

Deposits are credited to a player's kr999 gaming balance in real time upon confirmed payment. kr999 does not charge deposit fees, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction charges which are outside kr999's control and responsibility.

Withdrawal requests for verified kr999 accounts are processed as follows:

• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals: typically processed within 5–15 minutes during standard operating hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals: processed within 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's clearing schedule.
• Raast instant transfers: processed within minutes subject to daily limits set by the State Bank of Pakistan.

The minimum withdrawal amount from a kr999 account is 500 PKR. The maximum single withdrawal amount is 500,000 PKR, and the maximum daily withdrawal limit is 1,000,000 PKR. Higher withdrawal limits may be negotiated for VIP-tier Pakistan players upon request and following enhanced verification.

kr999 will only process withdrawals to payment methods that have been used to deposit into the account or that have been verified as belonging to the account holder as part of the KYC process. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to the kr999 account holder are strictly prohibited.

kr999 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawals pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms. In such cases, kr999 will notify the player of the hold and provide a reasonable timeline for resolution.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

kr999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Pakistan players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid celebrations and the HBL Pakistan Super League. All bonuses are subject to these Terms and any additional specific terms attached to the individual offer.

General bonus terms applicable to all kr999 promotions unless stated otherwise in specific offer terms:

• Bonuses are available to Pakistan players who have completed kr999 account registration and met any minimum deposit requirement specified in the offer.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable PKR. Wagering requirements range from 20x to 50x the bonus amount depending on the specific offer.
• Only bets placed on eligible games contribute to wagering requirement progress. Excluded games — typically progressive jackpots — are listed in each offer's specific terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a maximum single withdrawal cap as specified in the individual bonus terms.

Pakistan players who are found to be abusing the kr999 bonus system — including through the creation of multiple accounts, use of matched betting strategies specifically designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay, or coordinated abuse with other players — will have all bonus funds and associated winnings voided, and their accounts may be permanently closed.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the kr999 platform are governed by the rules of the individual game as presented within the game interface. Pakistan players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules, paytables, and applicable RTP figures before placing real-money wagers.

kr999 sources games from independent, certified game providers whose Random Number Generator systems are subject to ongoing third-party auditing. kr999 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no technical ability to do so — the outcome of each round is determined by the provider's certified RNG systems independently of kr999.

In the event of a game malfunction or technical error that results in an ambiguous or incorrect outcome, kr999 reserves the right to void all bets placed during the affected period and return the corresponding PKR stakes to the relevant player accounts. kr999 is not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's end.

Live dealer games are subject to the additional rule that the dealer's decision is final once the game round has been completed. Technical issues during a live dealer round will be handled in accordance with the specific game provider's malfunction policy.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kr999 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms, subject to immediate account suspension and possible legal action:

• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after gaming activity has taken place.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the kr999 platform in place of genuine human gameplay.
• Colluding with other Pakistan players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or peer-to-peer game formats.
• Accessing kr999 using a VPN, proxy, or IP masking service to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your kr999 account by any third party, including family members, for the purpose of gaming activity.
• Using kr999 for any money laundering purpose or any activity that would constitute a financial crime under Pakistan law or international financial regulations.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the kr999 platform — including but not limited to the kr999 brand name, logo, interface design, game graphics, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of kr999 or its licensed content providers. No element of the kr999 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from kr999.

Pakistan players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the kr999 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, sell, or otherwise transfer access to kr999 services to third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kr999 shall not be liable to any Pakistan player for indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the kr999 platform, including but not limited to loss of gaming opportunity resulting from platform downtime, loss of data, or loss of profits.

kr999's total aggregate liability to any single Pakistan player arising from any cause of action related to the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of PKR deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kr999 does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Pakistan players access and use the kr999 platform entirely at their own risk.

10. Privacy & Data

kr999 collects, stores, and processes personal data from Pakistan players in accordance with the kr999 Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, Pakistan players also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is accessible at kr999.games/privacy-policy.

kr999 uses player data for the following primary purposes: account management and verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and platform improvement. kr999 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third-party service providers only to the extent necessary to deliver kr999's services, and such providers are contractually bound to protect player data.

11. Responsible Gaming

kr999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Pakistan players. kr999 provides a range of self-management tools that Pakistan players are strongly encouraged to use as a routine part of their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Pakistan players can set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits from their account dashboard. Limits take effect immediately when set and cannot be increased without a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players can set a maximum PKR loss threshold over a defined period. When the limit is reached, further real-money gameplay is suspended for the remainder of the period.

12. Account Termination

Pakistan players may close their kr999 account at any time by submitting a written closure request to kr999 support via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining real-money PKR balance (net of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within five business days.

kr999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any kr999 account without prior notice where kr999 has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. In such cases, the disputed balance may be withheld pending investigation, after which the outcome will be communicated to the player.

Termination of a kr999 account — whether initiated by the player or by kr999 — does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.

13. Amendments to Terms

kr999 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, kr999 will notify registered Pakistan players via email and/or a prominent notice on the kr999 platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at kr999.games/terms-and-conditions and will display the effective date and version number at the top of the document. Pakistan players who continue to use kr999 after the effective date of any amendment are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which kr999 holds its operating authorisation. Pakistan players are responsible for determining whether access to online gaming services is lawful in their specific jurisdiction within Pakistan.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to constitute an assertion that online gaming is legal in all jurisdictions within Pakistan. Pakistan players access kr999 voluntarily and at their own legal risk. kr999 does not provide legal advice and recommends that players seek independent legal guidance if they are uncertain about the legality of online gaming in their specific location.

15. Contact & Disputes

Pakistan players who have questions about these Terms, wish to raise a dispute, or need clarification on any provision should contact the kr999 support team in the first instance. kr999 aims to resolve all queries and disputes within five (5) business days of receipt.

For disputes that cannot be resolved directly between the Pakistan player and kr999, the matter may be escalated to the relevant regulatory body or an independent dispute resolution service as designated by the jurisdiction of kr999's operating licence. Details of the applicable escalation pathway will be provided to Pakistan players upon request.

Any legal proceedings initiated against kr999 must be commenced within twelve (12) months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims submitted after this limitation period will be rejected without prejudice.
